Thank you everyone for attending the launch of Suburban Secrets-Art Trail & History Walk yesterday.
The sun shone and the rain stayed away
It was wonderful to see you all out walking the trail and for your lovely comments about my work. Thank you to the City of Stirling for the arts grant to support my seed of an idea to become the project it is.
To the participating businesses:- Inglewood Hotel, CV Partners Eco Revolution, Vertu Nail Studio, 360 Community, Inglewood Library, Saffron Indian Restaurant, Stan’s Rug Centre, Tredways Shoes, Clocktower Framers, Patrick Gorman MP, Two Mad Tuscans, Civic Hotel Inglewood, Skoop Me Cafe, Better Rehab, Black Pig Deli, Samara Aesthetic, Lisa Baker Member for Maylands, Chef and Co Kustom Klaws, & Inglewood Pre-Primary, thank you for allowing me to hang artworks and photos in your windows.

Big thanks to Deputy Mayor, Bianca Sandri for opening the event and to Inglewood on Beaufort Chair, Damien Giudici for acting as MC.

Huge thanks to Tracy Willett, curator at Mt Flora Museum for allowing me access to the City of Stirling’s history collection and suggestions of resources to explore.
To Jean, my neighbour, and new friend thanks to this project, I love hearing your stories of your long life lived in this suburb. And a huge thanks to my family, and especially my darling husband Steve for your ongoing support and championing of my art practice.
