This is the second instalment of The Colour Project 10 years on.
In February, I focused on Black…not the easiest colour to photograph to show the samples, but hey, they are samples and experiments, not finished works.
In the first set I have used household bleach on various cotton fabrics.
The next set have a stamp print black on black. Satins, silks, organza, cotton fabrics.
Discharge dyes on polyester satin.
Early attempt at free motion embroidery on a wash away substrate.
